Nathan Kay spent decades working as a real estate broker before stepping back from the day-to-day business. Now in his 80s, he's still drawn to the same thing that kept him in the industry so long: helping ordinary people get their paperwork right without paying for more legal help than they actually need. He's not a licensed attorney, and he's no longer practicing as a broker — which is exactly why he partners with an established legal-form provider, Standard Legal, to keep the forms and guidance on this site accurate and current.
